Job summary

WW Healthcare Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee maintenance operations within our facility. The role requires strong leadership and a deep understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including PLCs, HVAC, and high/low voltage equipment.

You will manage a maintenance team, drive CMMS-driven workflows, develop preventive maintenance strategies, and lead facility projects with minimal disruption to operations. Excellent communication in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing maintenance or facilities teams.
• Strong PLC, HVAC, electrical knowledge.
• Proficient with CMMS for work orders.
• Excellent leadership and team motivation.
• Ability to read schematics and diagnose with tools like an ohmmeter.
• Strong project management in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the maintenance team to ensure performance and safety.
• Oversee CMMS to track work orders, inventory, preventive maintenance.
• Inspect facilities and equipment for maintenance needs and safety compliance.
• Develop maintenance strategies for HVAC, PLC, and critical equipment.
• Lead facility improvement, upgrades, and installation projects.
• Troubleshoot industrial maintenance issues in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Provide training and safety protocol guidance to staff.
• Coordinate maintenance with manufacturing schedules across departments.
