Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Four years of general construction or plant/institutional maintenance experience.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office applications knowledge required.
• Experience with an Enterprise Asset Management system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise maintenance staff and inmates/residents.
• Schedule and track work orders and projects.
• Inspect completed work orders for workmanship and safety.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and procedures.
• Perform routine facility inspections and direct corrective actions.
