Job summary

Buckeye Partners L.P. in Houston, TX is seeking a Manager, Facility Integrity to lead the governance and execution of the Facility Integrity Management Program.

You will drive risk-based inspection planning, data governance, and regulatory compliance across Company facilities, partnering with Operations, Engineering, and HSSE to ensure safe, reliable and compliant operations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, 7+ years of facility integrity experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, electrical, or materials engineering required.
• 7+ years of facility integrity, mechanical integrity, inspection engineering, or related experience in energy/pipeline industries.
• Experience leading technical teams and cross-functional programs.
• Proficiency with data management, GIS, BI tools, and analytics software (Power BI, SQL, ESRI GIS, FME, Python, R).
• Up to 15% travel.

Responsibilities

• Governance, execution, and continuous improvement of the Facility Integrity Management Program.
• Lead risk-based inspection planning, findings management, remediation, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Regulatory Compliance, HSSE, GIS and other stakeholders.
• Develop budgets and performance reporting for program effectiveness.
• Represent Facility Integrity in acquisitions, industry associations, and audits.
