Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, electrical, or materials engineering or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in facility integrity, mechanical integrity, or related fields within energy industries.
• Proven experience leading technical teams, contractors, and cross-functional programs.
• Strong experience with inspection data management, enterprise asset management, GIS, BI tools (Power BI, SQL) preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, execution, and continuous improvement of the Facility Integrity Management Program.
• Oversee regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local requirements and support audits.
• Direct risk assessments and inspection strategies, including risk-based prioritization.
• Provide data governance and analytics to support risk-informed decisions.
• Manage budgets and lead personnel across engineering and inspection teams.
• Represent the program in acquisitions/divestitures and industry groups.
