Rose Lane Health and Rehab in Massillon, OH is seeking an experienced Facility Human Resources Manager to lead end-to-end people operations onsite. You will oversee HR operations, policy administration, recruitment and onboarding, and maintain compliant employee records.

This role focuses on benefits and time-off administration, workers’ compensation matters, and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will partner with leadership to ensure timely, accurate HR processes and a confidential,

Competenze

• Experience in healthcare or similarly regulated environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of benefits, leave administration, and ADA accommodation processes.
• Experience with workers’ compensation, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and employment documentation.
• Ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready employee records.
• Strong time-management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills to learn HR, payroll, benefits, ATS, and LMS.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.

The Facility Human Resource Manager role supports end-to-end people operations at Rose Lane Health and Rehab in Massillon, OH (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility HR operations, employee relations, and policy administration.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including hiring and onboarding.
• Ensure new hire compliance requirements are met during onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and support regulatory compliance obligations.
• Provide support for benefits administration, leave administration, workers' compensation, and accommodations.
• Promote employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture within the facility.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

• Human resources experience in a health care, long-term care, senior living, or similarly regulated environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of core HR practices, including employee benefits, leave administration, and ADA accommodation processes.
• Working knowledge of Workers’ Compensation, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and employment documentation.
• Ability to keep accurate, audit-ready employee records.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Proficient computer skills with ability to learn HR, payroll, benefits, applicant tracking, and learning-management systems used by the organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated organization, judgment, follow-through, customer service mindset, and discretion.
• Ability to work independently while exercising initiative and collaborating with leadership.
• Ability to be visible and approachable to employees.
