Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield Wyoming is seeking a Building and Grounds Technician to help maintain and enhance the appearance and safety of our Wyoming facilities for members, employees, and the public. You will perform routine maintenance, assist with snow removal, and handle basic HVAC, electrical, and plumbing tasks, requiring attention to detail, reliability, and strong time management.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with 0–6 months of related experience

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preference will be given to candidates with 0-6 months of progressive work experience (typically in Building and Grounds).
• This role will require occasional snow removal around doors, sidewalks and parking lots and minor experience with HVAC, electrical and plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and protect our facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming appearance for members, employees, and the public.
• Ensure best-in-class appearance of our facilities through regular upkeep and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with facilities team to address maintenance requests and safety concerns.
