Top Flight seeks a dependable Data Center Grounds Maintenance Technician to support a high-security data center campus in Wyoming. The role blends outdoor facilities work with routine maintenance to keep the site safe, clean, and professional year-round.

Responsibilities include exterior maintenance, grounds care, carpentry, painting, snow response, and general repairs. Strong problem-solving, reliability, and a valid driver’s license are essential to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance, grounds maintenance, construction, landscaping, or a related trade preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to safely operate equipment and tools.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet data center security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine exterior property maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain sidewalks, parking lots, fencing, gates, signage, and other site assets.
• Complete minor carpentry, painting, pressure washing, and general handyman tasks.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and report repair needs.
• Assist with special projects and facility improvements.
• Grounds Maintenance: mow, trim, edge, and maintain commercial grounds.
• Weed, prune, and maintain landscape beds, shrubs, and trees.
• Assist with irrigation inspections and minor repairs.
• Seasonal cleanup and professional property appearance.
• Safely operate landscape equipment and power tools.
• Snow & Weather: assist with snow management and ice mitigation, operate snow equipment, respond to weather-related site needs.
