Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follow maintenance schedules for the assigned shift or area.
• Report all accidents/incidents to your supervisor.
• Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services in resident areas.
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, facility, and equipment (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical).
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information (PHI).
• Attend departmental meetings and follow daily work assignments.
• Replace burned out light bulbs and service lights; perform cleaning duties as needed.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned and stored properly at shift end.
