Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follow maintenance schedules for assigned shift or area.
• Report all accidents/incidents to your supervisor.
• Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services when performing routine tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, facilities and equipment such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical work.
• Ensure maintenance supplies are stocked and the facility remains safe and clean.
• Follow established safety precautions when performing tasks and using equipment.
