Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lift at least 80 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.
• Follows written and oral instructions; maintains records; adheres to guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform grounds maintenance, mowing, edging, trimming, and debris cleanup.
• Assist plumbing, electrical, and HVAC trades with routine tasks and minor repairs.
• Operate construction and maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
