Job summary

Modular Power Solutions (MPS) is seeking a Production Manager II to oversee enterprise-level programs and provide manufacturing leadership. You will manage production directives, coordinate with scheduling, and mentor junior managers, while ensuring QA/QC and safe practices.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years electrical field experience and 12+ years in construction/manufacturing, with a technical degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction and electrical industry required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Lead intermediate technical programs as SME for production program.
• Proficient with MS Office; Oracle preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production programs with consistent management.
• Improve production processes by initiating BIG ideas.
• Prepare bill of materials for production programs.
• Ensure manufacturing follows product design on floor.
• Coordinate with manpower and production scheduling.
• Adhere to QA/QC processes.
• Collaborate on production schedules and customer needs.
• Maintain safe manufacturing practices.
