Job summary

Monarch Diagnostics in Irvine, CA is seeking a reliable Facility Maintenance Technician to support daily operations of our warehouse, facility, and vehicle fleet. This hands-on role balances maintenance tasks with inventory and order management to keep our workspace and vehicles in top condition.

You will assist with routine upkeep, manage shipping and inventory, coordinate fleet services, and collaborate with the team to solve operational challenges, while maintaining a clean, safe work

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with inventory management platforms.
• Familiarity with Monday.com is preferred.
• Familiarity with FedEx and UPS shipping programs.
• Light vehicle maintenance experience.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Proactive, patient and easy to work with.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily warehouse and facility maintenance.
• Manage website order preparation and fulfillment.
• Create and ship items using shipping tools (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
• Maintain and track inventory/stock levels.
• Support vehicle fleet upkeep, including tire checks, oil changes, and GPS trackers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Perform light cleaning, minor repairs, and restocking of office supplies.
• Collaborate with the team to solve operational challenges.
