Job summary

You will assist with routine upkeep, manage shipping and inventory, coordinate fleet services, and collaborate with the team to solve operational challenges, while maintaining a clean, safe work

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with inventory management platforms.
• Familiarity with Monday.com is preferred.
• Familiarity with FedEx and UPS shipping programs.
• Light vehicle maintenance experience.

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Facility Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of our warehouse, facility, and vehicle fleet. This role is hands‑on and diverse, requiring someone who can balance maintenance tasks with inventory and order management while ensuring our workspace and vehicles remain in top condition.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily warehouse and facility maintenance
• Manage website order preparation and fulfillment
• Create and ship items using shipping tools (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Maintain and track inventory/stock levels
• Support vehicle fleet upkeep, including scheduling tire checks, oil changes, and managing GPS trackers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash, restocking supplies, and performing general facility upkeep
• Perform light cleaning, minor repairs, and restocking of office supplies
• Collaborate with the team to identify and solve operational challenges

Qualifications & Skills

• Computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
