Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience and technical training.
• High school diploma or GED; technical school training preferred.
• Ability to understand and interpret design documents, manufacturer’s specs, and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to support teamwork and client relations.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience required.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks for accuracy and timely completion.

Responsibilities

• Completion of work orders for tasks related to facilities.
• Warehousing duties including clearing out and consolidating items.
• Collaborate with vendors for disposal or recycling of assets.
• Assist management with stock, inventories, and logs.
• Follow a preventive maintenance plan and maintain related records.
• Communicate building status and changes to appropriate individuals.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain skills and perform additional duties as assigned.
