Job summary

iicrc is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our 100k sq. ft facility, fleet, and equipment. This hands-on role covers vehicle upkeep, repairs, warehouse organization, and facility tasks alongside the Fleet & Facilities Supervisor.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently after training while staying aligned with priorities set by the Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic vehicle maintenance and small motor repairs.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work independently after training.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and work on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Keep the warehouse and parking areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with daily facility tasks including trash, recycling, and cardboard disposal.
• Build or repair basic shelves, tables, and storage fixtures as needed.
• Assist with company events by helping set up and take down tables, chairs, and equipment.
• Inspect, maintain, and perform preventive maintenance on company vehicles, equipment and tools.
• Conduct vehicle audits, safety inspections, and test drives; organize inventory.
