Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company is seeking a Facilities/Guest Services Assistant responsible for daily equipment setup, gym and facility cleaning, and enforcing rules. The role requires excellent customer service and the ability to move equipment safely in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with basic office software (Word/Outlook) and ability to follow rules/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operation and maintenance of facilities.
• Daily setup of tables/chairs and gym equipment.
• Daily cleaning of gym equipment and facilities.
• Verify resident eligibility for facility use.
• Assist at front desk during peak periods.
• Support at lifestyle events (setup, cleanup, service).
• Enforce facility rules and regulations.
• Learn and use the onsite reservation system Activenet.
• Provide information to residents by phone or in person.
