Qualifications

• Ability to lift about 30 lbs and handle laundry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, scrub, mop and polish floors in resident and common areas.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs and upholstery; clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers.
• Sort, wash, dry and fold laundry; restock linens as required.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report maintenance needs daily.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of resident rooms and follow safety procedures.
