The Mountaineers in Seattle seeks a dedicated Facility Associate to maintain the program center and support rental events. You will help with event setup, on-site coordination, and basic A/V tasks, while delivering strong customer service.

This role requires reliability, the ability to work evenings/weekends, and a commitment to equity and safety. The position reports to the Associate Director of Operations and is based at Magnuson Park.

Qualifikationen

• Learn event operations including AV equipment, floorplans, and setup.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Aufgaben

• Provide setup/breakdown and basic audio/visual support for events.
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during and after events.
• Assist Operations Manager and Facilities Manager in planning large member events and managing AV needs.
• Act as on-site event contact for day-of rental activities.
• Support overall cleanliness of the building pre/post events as needed.
• Assist with janitorial duties and restocking bathroom materials.
