Job summary

Flexjet is seeking an Environmental Services Coordinator to join the Facilities Building Maintenance team at our Cleveland, OH facility. The role focuses on maintaining a sanitary, safe, and attractive environment, working closely with the Vice President of Facilities for high standards of cleanliness and appearance.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of commercial cleaning experience, a high school diploma or GED, and can handle routine on-the-job training, lifting, and long periods of standing.

Qualifications

• Must possess the legal ability to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED with minimum of one-year related experience in commercial cleaning.
• 1–3 months on-the-job training to learn policies, techniques and chemical handling.
• Full body motion: lifting, bending, reaching, standing for long periods.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and show urgency.
• Ability to communicate with C-level executives.
• Drug-free with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Clean restrooms, break areas, conference rooms, offices and common areas.
• Dust, vacuum, mop floors, disinfect bathrooms and break rooms, empty trash.
• Replenish paper products and other supplies in restrooms and break areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas of the office space.
• Follow safety requirements and use PPE as required.
• Attend to spills and maintain sanitary conditions; flexible hours including nights/weekends as needed.
