Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, function, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
• Inspect, repair, and document maintenance activities and wear.
• Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors; order parts and track orders.
• Operate and test equipment; respond to emergencies and escalations as needed.
