Job summary

Walmart is seeking an experienced maintenance electrician to perform preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs and equipment diagnostics across facilities. You will rely on blueprints and manuals to identify and fix issues, manage work orders, and ensure compliance with safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years in the electrical trade, a valid Journeyman license or equivalent, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in the electrical trade.
• Licensed Journeyman Electrician or equivalent.
• Valid state driver's license.
• City/state license in related trade preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures per schedules.
• Inspects, cleans, repairs, and documents signs of wear and tear.
• Dismantles, repairs, and reassembles equipment using multiple crafts and tools.
• Diagnoses problems from blueprints, manuals, or parts catalogs and executes corrective actions.
