Job summary

YMCA is seeking a Branch Facility Director to supervise custodial and maintenance staff, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and reliable operation of all facility systems. You will manage schedules, training, and quality controls while coordinating with contracted providers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include overseeing energy use, inventory, and safety compliance, with a focus on maintaining high physical standards across indoor and outdoor areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work history required.
• Two years related experience preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification within 45 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage custodial cleaning procedures and schedules with service provider or staff.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and repair programs to reduce breakdowns and energy costs.
• Inspect facilities daily for cleanliness and good repair of equipment.
• Maintain records of facility energy use and repairs.
• Order supplies and manage inventory for custodial and pool operations.
• Repair breakdowns promptly and coordinate safety measures.
