The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Facility Customer Service Coordinator in Oklahoma City to assist customers with product needs, answer questions, and provide top-notch service. This role supports order intake, product recommendations, and coordination between customers, sales representatives, and store staff.

You will contribute to customer satisfaction by maintaining product knowledge and adhering to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsabilités

• Address customer inquiries via telephone and email with accurate product information and applications.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Process and verify customer orders to ensure accuracy and documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of all products to recommend solutions.
• Serve as liaison between customers, sales reps, and store staff.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and security policies.
• Follow quality service standards and company procedures.
• Assist with moving and loading product.
• Operate tinting equipment as needed.
