Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries via phone and email with product knowledge.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build positive relationships with customers and process orders accurately.
• Act as liaison between customers, sales reps, and store staff.
• Operate batch tinting equipment as needed and assist with loading product.
