Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set up conference rooms with tables, chairs and AV equipment per meetings.
• Move furniture, deliver and pick up equipment across campus.
• Respond to moves and service requests and coordinate with vendors.
• Keep storage closets organized and follow building guidelines.
• Educate staff on AV use and assist in operation during meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
