Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and plan daily, weekly, and monthly activities for Telecare clients.
• Perform room checks for Telecare clients.
• Monitor residents’ overall wellness.
• Dispense medications and assist with self-administration per Title 22 California code.
• Order and reorder medications following physician instructions.
• Communicate with pharmacies and social workers.
• Answer phones and manage front desk inquiries and visitor log.
• Update facility databases and programs as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by Administrator.

Founder's House of Hopeis an 98 bed assisted living facility for the adult community ages (18-59) located in Artesia, CA (Near Cerritos). We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Facility Coordinatorwho is passionate about helping the mental health population and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications (non-negotiable):

• Able to pass DOJ FBI live scan criminal background clearance mandated by licensing
• Able to pass pre employment physical and TB test clearance
• High schooldiploma or GED required
• 1+ years' or recruiting experienceand human resources is required
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to travel when necessary (25%)
• Familiarity with online job hunting websites
• Valid Driver’s License/Insurability requirement

Job Description:

• Coordinate and plan all daily, weekly, and monthly activities involving Telecare clients taking into consideration various client abilities and limitations.
• Perform room checks for Telecare clients.
• Monitor the overall wellness of residents.
• Dispense medication and assist with the self-administration of medication according to regulations stated in Title 22 of the California Administrative code.
• Order and reorder medication for all residents following explicit physician instructions.
• Communicate effectively with pharmacies and social workers.
• Answer phones, maintain front desk inquiries, visitor log and assist with updating facility databases and programs.
• Other duties as may be assigned by Administrator.
