DSV - Global Transport and Logistics seeks a Facility Specialist Compliance Lead in Henderson to coordinate on-site safety and training programs. The role covers quality control, work instructions, and regulatory adherence, including OSHA and client requirements.

The successful candidate will lead safety investigations, maintain documentation, and ensure staff training is up to date. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential at this location.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years' experience in training and/or warehousing.
• Knowledge of inventory management procedures and warehouse terminology.
• Must be able to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and deliver on-site training programs and safety courses.
• Monitor training plans and achievements within defined formats.
• Facilitate safety, operations, quality, and procedure updates.
• Oversee OSHA training, incidents, inspections, and audits.
• Maintain OSHA records and certifications; ensure audit readiness.
