DSV – Global Transport and Logistics seeks a Facility Specialist Compliance Lead to coordinate and deliver training programs, including safety, quality and operational procedures, on site in Henderson, USA. You will maintain OSHA records, lead safety investigations, and ensure site procedures meet client and company standards.

The role requires forklift certification, 2+ years in warehousing/training, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years’ experience in training and/or warehousing.
• Knowledge of inventory management procedures and warehouse terminology and practices.
• Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and deliver required training programs and safety courses.
• Maintain OSHA training records and ensure program audits.
• Lead safety investigations and determine root causes.
• Maintain site procedures, work instructions, and data entries in the database.
• Schedule and adapt training to meet site needs.
