Employee Workplace in York, PA is seeking a Facility Compliance Specialist to support safe, compliant operations. The role focuses on OSHA compliance, risk assessments, facility audits, and safety program administration in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4+ years of facilities management or compliance experience, with strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and local codes. Excel and MS Office proficiency are expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred in facilities management, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in facilities management, compliance, EH&S, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, EPA, FCC, and local building/safety codes.

Mansioni

• Conduct facility inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and reduce workplace risks.
• Support compliance with OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and local regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections, permits, testing activities, preventive maintenance, and compliance-related work orders.
• Maintain safety permits, compliance documentation, and regulatory records.
• Monitor safety performance metrics and prepare reports for leadership teams.
• Partner with facilities, maintenance, and EHS teams to implement corrective actions.
• Train and coach employees and contractors on safety procedures and compliance requirements.
• Support development and implementation of facility compliance and risk management programs.
