Job summary

Advantage Technical is seeking a Facility Compliance Specialist in York, PA to ensure safe, compliant operations within a manufacturing environment. You will perform inspections, audits, and risk assessments, and coordinate regulatory activities with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a solid background in OSHA compliance, risk management, and safety program administration, with a minimum of four years in facilities or EH&S settings. Strong communication and Excel skills are a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in facilities management, compliance, environmental health & safety, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, EPA, FCC, and local building/safety codes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct facility inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and reduce workplace risks.
• Support compliance with OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and local regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections, permits, testing activities, preventive maintenance, and compliance-related work orders.
• Maintain safety permits, compliance documentation, and regulatory records.
• Monitor safety performance metrics and prepare reports and presentations for leadership teams.
• Partner with facility, maintenance, and EH&S teams to implement corrective actions.
• Train and coach employees and contractors on safety procedures and compliance requirements.
• Support the development and implementation of facility compliance and risk management programs.
