Columbia Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a dedicated janitorial staff member to perform a variety of cleaning tasks across assigned buildings, ensuring clean, sanitary, and orderly conditions.

Responsibilities include high dusting, sanitizing, bathroom cleaning, trash removal, floor care, grounds upkeep, and maintaining cleanliness in public areas and food court spaces. Adherence to safety and customer service standards is expected.

Qualifications

• Basic operations of janitorial work.
• Basic methods, materials and equipment used in janitorial work.
• Basic safe work practices.
• The use of toxic and non-toxic chemicals (per MSDS sheets).

Responsabilités

• High dusting around room surfaces above shoulder height.
• Sanitizing surfaces below shoulder height with germicidal solution.
• Bathroom cleaning in specified order and fixtures.
• Empty trash, replace liners, and manage waste.
• Floor dusting, mopping, and vacuuming under furniture.
• Grounds care for outdoor areas and cleanliness of sidewalks.
• Clean and maintain public common areas and glass surfaces.
• Food court cleaning: sanitizing tables, removing trash, washing trays.
• Sanitize floors and review work area for complete cleanliness.
• Follow inspection steps and communicate any issues to supervisor.
