Responsibilities include high dusting, sanitizing surfaces, bathroom cleaning, trash removal, floor care, and grounds upkeep. Candidates should follow safety guidelines, operate cleaning equipment, and work with other staff to maintain a clean public area.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic janitorial work and safety practices (MSDS)
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and use germicidal solutions
• Willingness to follow written and oral instructions
• Physical ability to walk, stand, lift, bend, and reach during shifts

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks in assigned buildings to maintain clean, sanitary, and orderly conditions
• High dusting of surfaces above shoulder height around rooms
• Sanitize and spot-clean surfaces; clean doorknobs, walls, and windows
• Bathroom cleaning with germicidal solutions and toilet maintenance
• Empty trash, mop floors, and vacuum; ensure cleanliness in common areas
• Outdoor grounds cleaning and trash/police sidewalks, seating areas, and entrances
• Ensure customer areas are clean and presentable; report issues to supervisor
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or account manager
