Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks a Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club clean and welcoming while delivering excellent member service. The role supports towel stocks, locker room maintenance, and adherence to Life Time’s presentation standards.

The position invites individuals who can lift over 20 lbs, stand for long periods, and provide helpful answers to member questions about Life Time’s products and policies. We offer opportunities in a diverse workplace.

Qualifications

• Ability to bend to lift more than 20 lbs and perform routine cleaning tasks.
• Able to stand in a stationary position and move around the club for extended periods.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensures usage of locker room consumables and cleaning products follows budgeted amounts.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
