Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to keep our club clean and welcoming while delivering great member service. You will help ensure the space is clean, stocked, and presented to Life Time standards.

Responsibilities include daily maintenance tasks, towel handling, locker room upkeep, and assisting members with questions about Life Time products and policies. This role emphasizes reliability, physical stamina, and a service-first attitude to support a premier fitness experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to bend to lift over 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move around the club for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures
