Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to maintain the cleanliness of the club and provide great customer service. The role requires stocking towels and supplies to ensure the locker rooms and club space meet Life Time's standards of presentation.

The position involves daily cleaning tasks, towel management, and responding to member questions about Life Time services and policies while upholding safety and cleanliness throughout the club.

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Able to work in a stationary position and move about the club for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensures locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
