Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a dedicated Facility Ops Team Member to help maintain a clean and inviting club environment. You will ensure towels are washed, folded and stocked, lockers kept orderly, and supplies used in line with budgets, while providing friendly service to members.

The role requires physical activity such as lifting and moving items, and the ability to work throughout the shift to support daily club operations and guest experience at Life Time locations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Comfort with bending and lifting to manage towels, supplies and equipment.
• Able to respond professionally to member questions about Life Time products and services.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensures locker room consumables and cleaning products follow department budgets and usage guidelines.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
