Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks a Facility Ops Team Member to maintain a clean, welcoming club environment and provide friendly service to members. The role covers daily cleaning, towel stocking, locker room upkeep, and safe operations across the facility.

This on-site position requires physical endurance, the ability to lift up to 20 lbs, and proactive interaction with guests to ensure a positive Life Time experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand and move about the club for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures
