Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facilities Ops Team Member to maintain a clean club environment and deliver excellent customer service. The role ensures towels are stocked, locker rooms stay neat, and adherence to presentation standards across the club.

Ideal candidates will be able to lift up to 20 lbs, stand and move around the club for extended periods, and support a welcoming, efficient member experience aligned with Life Time policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Must be able to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly.
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
