Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Customer Service Attendant to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining clean facilities, delivering a pleasant guest experience, and upholding TA safety standards. You will work with a team to ensure a sanitary environment for travelers.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service and communication skills, knowledge of cleaning equipment, and the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and some holidays while following safety guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays

Responsibilities

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
• Clean all areas of the facility as directed and provide our guests with a clean, sanitary environment
• Know and follow all safety and security guidelines and procedures; alert to and report potentially unsafe situations caused by team members and guests; take corrective action when necessary
• Wear and use protective equipment properly and safely
• Know quantities and types of cleaning supplies used for each cleaning assignment
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
