Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Customer Service Attendant to join our team at our travel centers. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, sanitary environment and delivering great service to travelers in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates will provide excellent customer service, be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and follow all safety guidelines while using cleaning equipment and supplies.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
• Clean all areas of the facility as directed and provide our guests with a clean, sanitary environment
• Know and follow all safety and security guidelines and procedures; alert to and report potentially unsafe situations; take corrective action when necessary
• Wear and use protective equipment properly and safely
• Know quantities and types of cleaning supplies used for each cleaning assignment
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
