Job summary

TravelCenters of America is hiring a Customer Service Attendant to maintain clean, sanitary facilities and provide excellent guest service at our travel centers. You will help ensure a welcoming environment for travelers and support daily operations with a friendly, reliable team.

The role requires strong customer service, ability to follow safety guidelines, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service.
• Clean all areas of the facility as directed and provide guests with a clean, sanitary environment.
• Know and follow all safety and security guidelines and procedures; alert to and report unsafe situations; take corrective action when necessary.
• Wear and use protective equipment properly and safely.
• Know quantities and types of cleaning supplies used for each cleaning assignment.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
