TravelCenters of America is seeking a Customer Service Attendant to join our store team. This role focuses on keeping the facility clean, safe, and welcoming for travelers, while delivering friendly, reliable service.

You’ll work in a fast‑paced environment, follow safety protocols, handle cleaning supplies, and assist guests with their needs. TA offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and security guidelines; report unsafe situations
• Wear and use protective equipment properly and safely
• Know quantities and types of cleaning supplies used for each cleaning assignment
