Job summary

TravelCenters of America is hiring a Customer Service Attendant to maintain a clean, sanitary environment at our travel centers. You will support guest experiences by ensuring orderly facilities and responding to cleaning needs with care.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays. Medical benefits and other perks are offered along with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work well with others and be part of a team.
• Working knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the facility as directed and provide guests with a clean, sanitary environment.
• Know quantities and types of cleaning supplies used for each cleaning assignment.
• Follow safety and security guidelines; report unsafe situations and take corrective action when necessary.
• Wear and use protective equipment properly and safely.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
