Job summary

TravelCenters of America is hiring a Customer Service Attendant to maintain clean, sanitary facilities across our travel centers. You will support a safe, welcoming environment for travelers and team members, following TA standards and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include cleaning tasks, using protective equipment properly, and reporting potentially unsafe situations, with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Growth and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
• Clean all areas of the facility as directed and provide a clean, sanitary environment
• Know and follow all safety and security guidelines and procedures; alert to and report potentially unsafe situations
• Wear and use protective equipment properly and safely
• Know quantities and types of cleaning supplies used for each cleaning assignment
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
