Qualifications

• Basic operations of janitorial work.
• Basic methods, materials and equipment used in janitorial work.
• Basic safe work practices.
• Knowledge of toxic and non-toxic chemicals (per MSDS sheets).

Responsibilities

• Perform high dusting around room including lights, vents and ledges.
• Sanitize surfaces below shoulder height and remove fingerprints and smudges.
• Clean bathrooms with germicidal solution and replenish dispensers daily.
• Empty and wipe trash cans and replace liners.
• Dust mop/floor vacuum, clean under furniture and check edges for cobwebs.
• Maintain grounds and exterior areas by policing sidewalks and trash.
• Clean and sanitize food court tables, remove spills and empty trash cans.
• Sanitize floors using germicidal solution and mop behind furniture.
