Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Store Cleaning/Facilities Associate to keep the travel center clean and welcoming for guests. You will clean showers, restrooms, and common areas, manage towels, handle trash, and assist with minor maintenance while delivering friendly service to every guest.

Qualifications

• Strong teamwork and self-motivation.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Pick up and take out all trash around the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
