Pilot Company is hiring a Facility Services teammate at our travel centers. You will maintain the overall cleanliness of the store, clean showers and restrooms, handle towels, and support repairs to keep facilities welcoming for guests throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Must be a highly motivated self-starter.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: experience in a similar position.
• Preferred: knowledge of industrial equipment and basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
