Pilot Company is hiring for a store/travel center support role focused on keeping facilities clean and guest-ready. Team members contribute to a welcoming environment through spotless showers, restrooms, and well-maintained public areas, while delivering friendly guest service at every interaction.

The position supports a flexible schedule, with opportunities for additional roles within our travel centers and restaurants, and a benefits-rich workplace at participating locations.

Qualifications

• Must be a motivated self-starter and able to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restrooms.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Pick up and take out all trash around the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
