Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a dedicated team member to maintain the store and support guests with clean facilities and friendly service. You will help keep showers, restrooms, and common areas spotless while assisting guests with their needs throughout the travel center.

This role offers weekly pay and benefits, with flexible shifts including nights and weekends. Prior retail or guest-service experience is a plus; training is provided to help you grow within our team.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
