Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for a store cleaning and maintenance role. You will help keep the travel center facilities clean, including restrooms and showers, and support guest service with well-maintained spaces.

Responsibilities include cleaning, basic repairs, stocking towels, and keeping the store welcoming for drivers, commuters, and travelers. The position offers weekly pay and opportunities across roles within our travel centers and restaurants, with training and career growth potential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Team-oriented with strong customer service mindset.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Handle trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
